She is passionate about working with children, families, and teachers around issues of literacy. After teaching special education in a variety of urban, rural, and suburban environments in K-8th grade settings, Christine became a professor, and has had the great privilege of educating teachers for over twenty years. Currently, Christine is a professor at the State University of New York at New Paltz.
